Shipping policy
We offer shipping to all locations within Australia. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, except during holidays or other closures.
We use reputable carriers to deliver your orders. Shipping times and amount will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days for delivery. We also offer Express Shipping options for an additional $5, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to PO boxes or similar addresses.

Shipping Costs:

If you choose Express shipping, the cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

Refund Policy
At EV Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Returns:
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at info@ev-accessories.com.au to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item or you can choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item please contact us at info@ev-accessories.com.au. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item or you can choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we receive your returned item:
• We will exchange the item for you if available.
• If the item you want to exchange is more expensive than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference.
• If the item you want to exchange is less expensive than your original purchase, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@ev-accessories.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or send you a replacement item, whichever you prefer.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take several additional days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
